このTOKYO HELLESの特別リリースのために、最後のアロマホップの添加を変更しました。
ディアマントホップペレットの代わりに、新鮮な未乾燥のディアマントホップを使用しました。
このホップはドイツの農園で私たち自身が選びました。新鮮なホップはビールのフローラルなアロマを強め、ブドウやサクランボを思わせるストーンフルーツの印象を加えます。
口に含むと、レモングラスとバーベナの風味が主役となり、優しい柑橘系の後味が残ります。
爽やかな苦味、軽いボディ、ドライなフィニッシュが、このビールのさっぱりな特徴をサポートします。

For this special release of Tokyo Helles we changed the last aroma hop addition. Instead of Diamant hop pellets we used fresh, undried Diamant hops. We personally selected these hops at a farm in Germany. The fresh hops intensify the floral aroma of the beer and add an impression of stone fruits, reminiscent of grapes and Japanese cherry. On the pallet the lemon grass and verbena flavors take center stage and leave you with a pleasant citrusy aftertaste. A crisp bitterness, light body and dry finish complement the refreshing character of the beer.
