We teamed up with our local buddies at North Park Beer Co. to bring you Hidden Gold—a new murky IPA brewed with the innovative hop extract Citra Incognito (or as we like to call it, hidden gold) and New Zealand-grown Superdelic hops. Kelsey from NPBC flipped the script by using Citra Incognito on the cold side during fermentation, instead of its intended use (on the hot side in the boil), unlocking next-level hop saturation and a soft, round mouthfeel. Juicy notes of pineapple, navel orange, lime, and coconut burst from every sip. We’re stoked for you to try this new collab—it’s a hidden treasure worth finding.
