Káranská 9は、古典的なレシピで造られた軽めの下面発酵ビールです。信頼のおける原材料と製法で醸造しました。チェコ産ホップ（ザーツとスラーデック）のみを使用し、ピルスナーモルトとミュンヘンモルトを組み合わせ、マッシュプロセスで仕込みました。カランスカ9はバランスの取れた、味わい深い個性的なビールになりました。マイルドな酸味、淡い黄色、バランスの取れた苦味。麦汁の量を少なくすることで軽いボディが生まれ、とても飲みやすくなっている。アルコール度数は3.9％。
Káranská 9 is a light bottom-fermented beer, the recipe of which is based on a proven classic. When choosing ingredients and brewing method, we base it on our favorite and proven lagers. Czech hops Žatecký poloraný červeňák and Sládek, a combination of Pilsner and Munich malt, a mash brewing method. All this makes Káranská 9 a unique, balanced and rich beer. It has a pleasant bite, a light golden color and a well-tuned bitterness. The lower wort extract gave it refreshing drinkability, a lighter body and guaranteed a reduced alcohol content of 3.9%.
