発酵とは旅であり、Juiceshipはワイルドさとジューシーさが出会う道筋を描きます。このファームハウスエールは、クールシップで一晩熟成させ、テキサス・ヒルカントリーの空気から天然酵母を取り込み、その後ステンレス容器でVoss Kveik酵母を用いて発酵させました。そこに、搾りたてのオレンジジュースとパイナップルジュースを40ガロン（総仕込み量の5%！）と、1ガロンあたり0.5ポンドのピーチピューレを加え、最後に厳選されたSimcoeとNectaronをドライホップすることで、芳醇な柑橘系の風味が加わります。Juiceshipは、発酵の探求、フルーツの濃厚さとしっかりとしたホップの苦味のバランス、そしてJester Kingを特徴づけるワイルドな要素へのオマージュです。束の間の旅ですが、行く価値のある旅です。

Fermentation is a journey, and Juiceship charts a course where wild meets juicy. This farmhouse ale spent a night in our coolship, pulling in native yeast from the Texas Hill Country air before fermenting in stainless with Voss Kveik yeast. From there, we layered on fruit—40 gallons of fresh-squeezed orange and pineapple juice (5% of total batch volume!) and a half-pound per gallon of peach puree—before dry-hopping with hand-selected Simcoe and Nectaron hops for an aromatic citrus swell. Juiceship is an exploration of fermentation, a balance of fruit intensity and structured hop bitterness, and a nod to the wild elements that define Jester King. A fleeting voyage, but one worth taking.
