試行錯誤の結果、繊細でありながらふんわりとした口当たりと、程よい酸味のバランスが特徴のドイツのベルリーナ・ヴァイセスタイルが、濃厚なフルーツを引き立てるのに最適な土台だと分かりました。パッションフルーツ、オレンジピール、グァバを使って醸造されたこの「Daily Serving」は、グラスに注ぐと淡いアンバー色。トロピカルな香りが口いっぱいに広がり、まるで砂糖漬けのパッションフルーツ、完熟グァバ、新鮮にすりおろしたオレンジピールのような風味が際立ちます。甘さと酸味のバランスが心地よく、シリーズならではの柔らかな口当たりが楽しめます。

Daily Serving was born out of our desire to express intense, saturated fruit character in beer form. After thoughtful experimentation with Permutation 6.47 and 6.51, we found that the German Berliner Weisse style, with its delicate, yet fluffy mouthfeel and even-keeled acidity is the perfect foundation for robust fruit additions.

Brewed with passion fruit, orange peel, and guava, this Daily Serving presents light amber in the glass. Waves of tropical notes wash across the palate, with candied passion fruit, guava nectar, juicy mango, and fresh-zested orange peel as the highlights. Satisfyingly balanced, with just the right level of sweetness and acidity, the mouthfeel is soft and coating, as you've come to expect from this series.
