Only New Zealand Hops “RAKAU HOP”were used for this single hopped DDH PALE ALE.

The most important part of the work is the process of drafting from a blank slate to completion. Just like crafting a recipe, we carefully composed this beer, COMPOSITION PALE ALE.

It features a citrusy character, enhanced with tropical aromas reminiscent of pineapple and banana.

Its simple recipe structure highlights the juiciness of Rakau hops, making it a brew that fully showcases their flavor.
