We’ve teamed up with Burger Mania—with five locations across Ebisu, Hiroo, Shirokane, Shirokane-Takanawa, and Karuizawa—and McLean, known for their burger stand, diner, parlor, and beer kiosk in Kuramae, to brew a special collaboration beer at BONUS TRACK BREWERY!
This Brown Wheat Ale is brewed with a sustainable twist and a sense of playfulness—using burger and sandwich buns that were slightly misshapen and couldn’t be used in-store.
For the malt bill, we used Maris Otter as the base malt to bring out a subtle sweetness, added caramel malt for depth of flavor, and incorporated Pilsner malt to give it a crisp, dry finish.
The result? A smooth and mellow wheat ale with just enough refreshment to make it your go-to beer for a warm afternoon.
