Beer Lab for August 2025 is a series of Mikkeller recipes from the vault, dusted off and given a new paint job! These classic beers have been amped up and reinvented for the modern day.
'Green Gold' was one of Mikkeller's earliest recipes: a dark, dank west coast IPA with pithy bitterness and reminiscent of sticky resinous pine needles. For this DDH version we've kept classic west coast hops Citra, Simcoe & Centennial, but bumped up to a dry hop rate of 15g per litre. The original concept, dialled all the way up.
