現在Buxton Breweryでヘッドブルワーとして勤めるジェームズ・ケンプ氏によるレシピ。
モルト構成はマリス・オッター、ブラック・パテント、チョコレート・モルトを使用し、ホプにはネルソン・ソーヴィン、センテニアル、ソラチを使用。
苦味とホップの個性に加え、豊かなモルトの風味が重なる複雑な味わい。

Wild Raven is our legendary Black IPA, first brewed back in 2009. Complex and full of surprises, we use a blend of American and New Zealand hops including Centennial and Nelson Sauvin, creating a piney, fruity hop character to balance the main hop addition of Sorachi Ace, which gives Wild Raven its unique lemony, coconut-esque aroma. This Black IPA pours a deep mahogany in colour with a creamy tan head.
