Teenage Brewingの3周年記念ビール第2弾。Teenageでは初となるバレルエイジド・ファームハウスエールを仕込みました。

ワイン樽で3ヶ月熟成させた洋梨とホップ主体の原酒、サワーチェリーを加え1ヶ月熟成させたセゾンをブレンドした実験的な一本です。ワイン樽由来の熟成香と柔らかな酸、洋梨のジューシーなエステルにサワーチェリーの明るい果実味と酵母由来のスパイスが重なり、複雑でありながらも滑らかにまとまった味わいに仕上がりました。まだ若い熟成段階だからこそ生まれる、荒さと瑞々しさの同居。完成されきっていない刹那的な美しさを持った、まさに「Teenage」なファームハウスエールです。

A barrel-aged farmhouse ale that captures the intersection of youth and depth.

Our second 3rd-anniversary release is Teenage Brewing’s first-ever barrel-aged farmhouse ale. This experimental blend features a base beer aged for three months in wine barrels with pears and hops, combined with a saison aged for one month with sour cherries.

The result is a complex yet smooth profile where the barrel-aged aromas and soft acidity meet the juicy esters of pear, the bright fruitiness of sour cherry, and spicy yeast notes. With a balance of raw energy and freshness unique to its early aging stage, this ale embodies the fleeting beauty of being "Teenage."
