Teenage Brewingの3周年記念ビール第3弾。新宿の名店「Bar Ben Fiddich」の鹿山博康氏と、鹿山氏と親交の深い「黒衣香木香料店」との豪華トリプルコラボレーションが実現しました！

今回のテーマは「ノスタルジックな記憶」。
黒衣香木香料店より提供いただいた白檀（サンダルウッド）を使用した、唯一無二のサワーIPAです。

白檀由来の線香や香水を思わせるオリエンタルなアロマをトップに、みずみずしいスイカの軽やかな果実感が重なります。さらに隠し味のエルダーフラワーとカルダモンが香りに奥行きを与え、サワー由来の酸味が全体を心地よく引き締めます。

誰もが幼い頃に体験したことのある、どこか懐かしい夏の記憶を呼び覚ます、まさに「ときがわの夏」を閉じ込めた一杯です。

The experience begins with an oriental aroma of sandalwood, reminiscent of fine incense and classic perfumes. This is layered with the refreshing, juicy sweetness of watermelon, while accents of elderflower and cardamom add a sophisticated depth to the scent. A clean acidity from the souring process ties everything together, creating a beer that is as unique as it is effortlessly drinkable.

It is a brew designed to evoke the fading, sentimental memories of summer—a liquid encapsulation of a "Tokigawa Summer" that lives within us all.
