香りはそれほど強烈ではなく、少しメロンのような香りに、わずかに土っぽい・湿ったようなニュアンスがあります。
飲むと、パイナップルやグアバ、メロンといったトロピカルフルーツの味わいが中心。そこにほんの少し松やハーブのようなホップ感が加わります。
松っぽさはありますが、樹脂っぽい強烈な感じではなく、フルーツの風味とうまくバランスが取れているのが特徴。苦味は中程度で、ホップの苦さだけが突出するタイプではありません。

Mondays are always a solid refresh for us, and we’re here for this single IPA version of The All Seeing Eye! We selected the same ingredient from our flagship DIPA, and made is a crushable option for when a double isn’t in the cards.
The result is familiar, but uniquely its own. The lower abv offers a balance of fresh pineapple and citrus, layered over a base of light bitterness we love from the brew. It’s super easy drinking and ready for the week ahead!
