コメットホップを使用したペールエール。
Single hop pale ale with Oregon-grown Comet Hops. Comet hops were developed decades ago through the USDA hop breeding program. Described as having a “Wild American Flavor” at the time put it out of favor with brewers of the past. Recent brewing practices and flavor profiles have re-birthed Comet as a favorite for hop-forward beers and gives notes of grapefruit, dank and tropical when used as a dryhop.
