This beer is unapologetically cold side hopped with fresh citra from Coleman Ag and Yakima Chief Hops. We started with a clean base of pilsner, and hopped it enough for it to taste like you’re sticking your head into a hop bag. The hop character still remains soft, easing the bitterness of the pils, somehow riding the line between “west coast” and gently hopped. We’re left with a dank aroma of nectarines, tropical fruit juice, leafy green hops, and water cracker malt character.
