This beer has everything we love about our mainstay ipa, with the addition of some of the oiliest fresh hops we’ve ever experienced. We got the brightest green Simcoe cones straight from Coleman Ag, grown for YCH, and tossed them into this beer within hours after coming off the bine. The pungent leafy, fruity aroma transferred over perfectly into this beer. We get flavors of sweet grapefruit zest, evergreen boughs, and pineapple.
