Star Ruby（スター・ルビー）は、Tokyo BeerzillaのAndyと京都のBig Hands Brothersが、彼らのブルワリーで一緒に醸造した特別なESBです。

名前の由来は、光が当たると六つの光線を持つ星が浮かび上がる宝石「スター・ルビー」。今年、Tokyo Beerzillaが6周年を迎えることにもぴったりの名前です。

イギリスの伝統的なビール文化をルーツに、京都で醸造されたStar Ruby。ビールを通じて、さまざまな場所や人、そしてストーリーがつながっていきます。そんなコラボレーションは、まさにBeerzillaらしさを感じさせてくれます。

Star Ruby is a special ESB brewed by Andy from Tokyo Beerzilla together with Big Hands Brothers at their brewery in Kyoto.

The name is inspired by the star ruby gemstone, which reveals a six-pointed star when light hits its surface. A special detail for a special year, as Tokyo Beerzilla celebrates its 6th anniversary.

With its roots in British brewing tradition and brewed in Kyoto, Star Ruby brings together different places, people and stories through a shared love of beer. A collaboration that feels especially close to what Beerzilla is all about.
