Hard Apple Cider
サイダーとは、りんご果汁を発酵させて造られたアルコール飲料のこと。
今の時期が超ベスト！サマーバケーションに向けた魅惑のりんごちゃんは、爽快でドライ、甘さ控えめなオトナのためのりんごジュース。
採れたてフレッシュ感のある、豊かなりんごの香りに、ライトボディー&心地よい酸味が広がる。そして、少しまだ若い果実そのものをかじったような自然なフレーバー。スッキリとした味わいは、さまざまなフードとのペアリングにも◎。キンキンに冷やせば、夏のBBQの相棒に決定！
とうとう禁断の果実に手を出してしまったHop Dude。
ビールとサイダーの狭間で揺れる欲望。
果たしてサイダーは、光と闇の対抗勢力になりうるのか。それとももう。。。
So it was high time the Hop Dude made a hard cider. Bet you’re surprised we used a truckload of apples for this one? Or actually that’s not true - it was a truckload of apples that someone kindly made into an apple juice and concentrate for us (I know, not super authentic but we’ll take what we can get). We couldn’t decide between Nagano and Aomori apples so you better know we grabbed both. Equal opportunity ciders. And as you can imagine—this many apples in the brewery was a first for us. In fact we ended up seeing and saying “apples” so much we just went with that for the name. Apples Apples. Hop Dude likes it when you get to the point, and that’s what we about. Our inaugural cider offering has a nice tang but isn’t too sweet, with just the right carb to quench those raining season cravings.
