Double IPAの新バッチです！今回はメインホップはシトラを使い、シムコーとローラルのサポートを加えています。オレンジとグレープフルーツの柑橘系の風味が強く感じられ、ビールが温まるにつれてトロピカルな香りが増してきます。

ビールはできるだけドライに仕上げています。アルコール度数が高いので、ビールに甘みとコクが出ています。 DoubleをセッションIPAと混同することはないとは思いますが、2、3杯は気軽に飲めるほど軽く感じられます。楽しんで頂けると幸いです。

Our Double IPA is back again! This time we changed up the hops. We used mostly Citra with support from Simcoe and Loral. It has pushed the aroma more in the direction of citrus with orange, and grapefruit coming through pretty strongly and then some more tropical notes as the beer warms.

We tried to dry the beer out as much as possible. The higher alcohol brings a sweetness and body to the beer and we didn't want this to be too heavy and overly sweet. You would never confuse Double with a session IPA, but it is light enough that you could easily have a couple. Hopefully you will agree.

Double IPA is back！今回はほぼピルスナーモルト100％のシンプルな麦芽構成で、ホップが際立つためのクリーンなプラットフォームを提供しています。チヌークホップは非常に滑らかな苦味をもたらしながら、アルコール由来の甘みとのバランスをとってくれます。エルドラド、モザイク、コメットホップは、オレンジやグレープフルーツを感じさせる柑橘系のアロマを引き出しています。 ABV8.5％と聞くと、どっしりとしたボディのビールを連想するかもしれませんが、できるだけドライな仕上がりを心掛けたため、非常に飲みやすく少し危険なビールかもしれません。どうぞゆっくりとお楽しみ下さい！

Our Double IPA is back! This time we used a very simple malt bill of almost 100% pilsner malt to give a very clean platform for the hops. Chinook gives the beer a very smooth bitterness that balances out the sweetness from the alcohol. El Dorado, Mosaic and Comet deliver big citrus aromas of orange and grapefruit. At 8.5% ABV you would expect a heavy beer but we made this as dry as possible so it is very easy drinking and a bit dangerous.

Double IPAの最新バッチです！今回は、シトラとローラルホップを使用しています。濃厚なシトラスでトロピカルな香りと風味の上に、フローラルな香りも漂ってきます。今回もIBU100ですが、バランスの良い飲み心地は保たれています。

Our second batch of Double IPA is ready. We changed things a bit this time by going with Citra and Loral hops. It gives the beer a nice blend of big citrus and tropical aromas along with some floral notes. Again, we made this a 100IBU beer but it still comes across as balanced and drinkable.
