Farfalla is an Italian Pilsner with Brettanomyce added. The beer at the grand opening is still young so it is a crisp Pilsner with an extra shot of floral and citrus aromas from dry hopping.
Hopefully in a few months we will release the 2nd half of the batch that has been held warm so that the Brettanomyce can work at adding its tropical flavors to the beer.
