今回の新しいセゾンは、スパイスセゾンです。いつものセゾン酵母にローラルホップとグリーンカルダモンを合わせることで、スパイシーでレモン風味の柑橘感とフローラルさが重なり合あった複雑な風味が醸し出されています。幅広い食べ物とのペアリングも楽しめます。
Our latest beer is a new saison version. We decided to use our regular saison yeast but to add Loral hops and green cardamom. The hops, cardamom and yeast combine to give a complex aroma filled with spice, lemony citrus and floral notes. The complexity makes for a fun beer that pairs with a wide range of foods.
