爽やかな海風が吹き抜け、晴れ渡る青空に、カラダを焼くジリリと熱い太陽光線。いつだって僕らが夏に欲するのは、浜辺が似合うビールでしょう！AlchemistはHop Dudeたちのリクエストを受け、スカッと飲める"Beach Day”を、久しぶりに錬金。

前回レシピからドライホップ構成を変更し、Nelson Sauvin・Wakatu・Motueka・El Doradoを使用。パイナップルやオレンジジュースのような、明るく華やかなアロマ。ストーンフルーツやメロンを思わせるニュアンスに続き、ゼラニウムなどハーブの印象も。さらに、樹脂を彷彿とさせるホップの香りが、爽やかで香り高い余韻を生み出している。

親子で過ごす時間は人生の宝物。平和な日常って幸せだなぁ、なんてしみじみ思ったり。プシュっと缶を開ける音が、想い出の1ページへと、そっと仕舞われていく……。

Cooler boxes be filled with dank and hazy delights amirite? Tis’ the season for shorts and sandcastles, kites and beach sandles. Beach Day takes Hazy IPAs to the next level with a yeast and hop combo to give you alllll the summer feels. Hop Dude ordered up a swathe of grapefruit citrus layered in between hits of mango and papaya, courtesy of our friends Nelson, Wakatu, El Dorado and a touch of Motueka we sprinkled into the dry hop (essentially our attempt at recreating the OG Bruce mix in the aggregate😅). We should probably also mention that this one is silky smooth af with just the right amount of bitterness to convince you to let your kid hold the kite so you can keep sipping (amen). We like 7.0% fruity dank fun in the sun, and we’re sure you will too. Chalk up another dandy for the Hop Dude, as we churn through the surf into unknown territory and newfound adventures in Haze. Best enjoyed super fresh so get this bad boy while it’s hot.
