奈良産の大和茶を贅沢に使ったグリーンティセゾン。

奈良の茶処・月ヶ瀬のティーファーム井ノ倉の一番茶だけを使ったグリーンティセゾン。2020年から始まったこのコラボレーションも今年で４回目。抹茶の原料である“碾茶（てんちゃ）”の茶葉を贅沢に漬け込んでおり、ドライなセゾンの飲み口の中に、旨味を伴ったほのかなお茶の風味が爽やかな余韻として残ります。香りはセゾン酵母由来のフルーティさ。少し温度を上げてから飲むと、よりお茶の輪郭がくっきりと感じられるようになってきます。

"Eighty Eight" is collaboration with Tea Farm Inokura, which has been in Tsukigase, Nara for more than 260 years, and provided us the green tea leaves that first flush in this season. The beer style is Saison. The characteristic is dry and drinkable, also beer that is both simple and complex, with the fruitiness aroma that comes from Belgian yeast. It looks a little bit hazy because of the tea leaves soaked, and when you tilt the glass, you can feel aroma like fruit from Saison yeast. Also, you can enjoy faint green tea flavor, and leaves long finish. The bitterness derived from tea leaves, which are different from hops, add complexity to this beer, adding layer to the taste.
