Black Lung Xを発表するディナーイベントのために作られたBarleywine。
オーストラリア メルボルンで愛されているStarwardのTwo Fold Whiskeyの樽で熟成されました。
樽由来のハチミツを連想させる豊かさやシロップの様な芳醇なモルトの後にマスカットを思わせるフルーティな深さに浸ります。
名前の由来は、彼らの醸造所がある2つの通りの名前にちなんで付けられました。

This is one for the history books! Brewed in our humble Duke Street brewery in Abbotsford before being loaded up and shipped off to our fancy new brewery in Chifley Drive Preston to be barrel aged and packed. The Duke of Chifley carries with it the flavour and history of Moon Dog. The Duke of Chifley is a big, boozy, barrel-aged barley wine that is deep burnt sienna in appearance. It’s been aged in fresh Starward Whisky barrels for over twelve months, which along with the base beer, creates an unbelievably delicious golden syrup-y flavour and aroma.

Malt: Maris Otter, CaraMunich T2, CaraAroma.
Hops: Magnum. Yeast: English. Other: Starward Whisky Barrels.
