Hard Cider with Pineapple and Jalapeño Peppers
新鮮なリンゴの搾り汁、パイナップル、ハラペーニョ、セラーノの各唐辛子を発酵させ、スパイシー（ただし辛すぎない）で爽やかなサイダーを作りました。パイナップルの酸味が、りんごの果実味と唐辛子の複雑な風味と見事に調和しています。
Noble fermented fresh pressed apple juice, pineapples, jalapeño and serrano peppers to make a spicy (but not too spicy), refreshing cider. The acidity from the pineapple blends perfectly with the fruit forward flavor of the apple and complexity of the peppers.
