A Kettle Soured Berliner Weisse lightly hopped with tropical Azacca hops and finished with additions of peach purée (1 lb. per gallon). Crisp and pleasingly peachy with a soft, tart finish. Ripened in the winter season to usher in fond memories of long summer nights.
