セラーサーカスシリーズは、オーク樽熟成のビールシリーズ。この第5作は、白ワイン樽と赤ワイン樽に18ヶ月から30ヶ月熟成したのちブレンディングしています。アロマはブレタノマイセスが主役で、ピーチや牧草のクセがあらわになっているファームハウスエール。わずかな酸味と成熟したピーチを楽しめる味わいに、オークやワインの風味が最小限に。かなり辛口な飲み口なのにボディがしっかりしていて、発泡性も良い。
A bottle conditioned Brett Farmhouse Ale blended from white and red wine barrels aged between 18 and 30 months. The aroma is Brett forward with peaches and barnyard hay funk. Slight acidity and overripe peaches are layered with a restrained funk character in the flavor. Minimal oak/wine character overall. The blend has prickly carbonation with good body for such a dry beer.
