A kettle-soured berliner weisse lightly complemented with Centennial hops and finished with luscious additions of Raspberry purée (1 lb. per gallon). Soft and pleasingly tart with a brilliant ruby hue. The third in VBC's “One Night” series of fruited Berliner recipes: a rotating series of tart, fruity sours to transport you to destinations near and far.
