ホップの産地別飲み比べシリーズ北半球US産El Dorado,Citra,Mosaicを使用したシトラス感もありつつパイナップルや桃を連想させるようなキレイなアロマ。
Part of a three pack of IPA’s to showcase the vast differences in hops from the northern and southern hemisphere. All three are based on a malt base with a higher wheat content than we noramally go with to really fluff out the body and make these beers as soft as possible providing a perfect platform for these super fruity hop varieites. The Northern Hemisphere IPA uses three hops synonymous with juicy IPA. We have loaded this one with El Dorado, Citra and Mosaic. El Dorado is the stone fruit and candy king bringing lots of peach and hard candy sweets which pairs perfectly with all of the mango, pineapple and citrus from the Mosaic and Citra. Hazy IPA 101!
