Oozlefinchは実験が大好きで、この実験は楽しいものです。ビールの炭酸は、発酵の副産物である自然の炭酸と、カーボストーンによる強制的な炭酸の2種類があります。しかし、もしパチパチキャンディーでビールを炭酸化したらどうでしょう！？溶けながらゆっくりと炭酸ガスを放出するポップな結晶は、強制炭酸と同じような働きをするので、ブライトタンクに投入してビールのカーボレーションに使うことにしました。ブルーベリーとラズベリーを加えた甘いベリー系の味と香りをお楽しみください。

Oozlefinch loves experimenting—and this one is a fun one—so strap into your science shoes and get ready for a lesson! The carbonation in your beers can come from either natural carbonation created as a byproduct of fermentation or it can be forced carbonation from a carb stone. But what if we carbonated the beer with pop rocks?! These popping crystals that slowly release carbon dioxide as they melt act similarly to force carbonation so we decided to throw them into our bright tank and use them to carb our beer! This beer was equally fun to make as it is to drink, and we hope you enjoy the sweet berry flavor and aromas from the addition of blueberry and raspberry.
