カリフォルニアスタイルの真骨頂！
様々なホップをローテーションし、IPA醸造の試験的な側面も持つHumle Nørdシリーズより今回は大胆なアプローチ！
名前の通り、今回は南カリフォルニアのIPAに触発されて醸造。
ボディはミディアムライト、クリスピーかつクリーンなモルトフレーバー、芳しく香るホップのアロマが特徴。
グレープフルーツの皮、レモン、ライムなどの様々な柑橘類のニュアンスや樹脂を思わせるアロマとカリフォルニアのIPAらしい苦味とドライさが調和した味わいをシームレスに楽しめる。

With each edition of our rotating ‘Humle Nørd’ DIPA series, we get the opportunity to try out new ingredients and different brewing techniques. This year, we are introducing more dynamic brewing approaches to each release, with the goal of learning and hopefully applying!

Our July release is inspired by the crazy delicious CA-style IPAs of Southern California, which are characterized by a medium-light body, crisp & clean malt flavors, and explosive hop aromatics, all wrapped up in a dry, moderately bitter little quaff.

Grapefruit peel, lemon/lime spritz, and pine resin dominate the aroma, while a soft tropical fruit beginning and mid-palate transition near seamlessly into a crunchy bitterness and doughy Pilsner-malt finish. Cold and crazy tasty yo!
