A dark ale that combines smoothness with the characteristics of a well matured beer.
This dark beer boasts a skillful blend of 5 types of malt. The chocolate-like aroma and subtle sweetness created by roasted malts result in a pleasantly lingering finish with an explosion of umami. While many Japanese beers are commonly served at around 5℃, it is recommended that you drink ITAMI BLACK at around double the temperature to be able to fully appreciate the complex flavors and aromas created by the malts and yeast. Careful not to disturb the harmony between the different fragrances, ITAMI BLACK has a perfectly balanced and mild taste.
