４７０年にわたって日本酒「白雪」を造り続ける酒蔵が造るホワイト・ビールです。 日本酒の発酵技術とベルギービールの発酵技術の融合により、 日本人に親しみやすい味わいに仕上げました。また 弊社独自のボトル熟成方式を行うことで、オレンジピール、コリアンダーの香りを引き出しながら原材料由来だけではない発酵による香りを生み出しました。香りと味わいのバランスがきれいなホワイト・ビールです。

A white beer with an invigorating aroma and a succulent taste created by fusing the fermentation technology of sake and Belgian beer.

This white beer has been made by the 470 years old sake brewery famous for its "Shirayuki"-brand. By combining the fermentation technology of sake and the fermentation technology of Belgian beer, a taste familiar to Japanese people is born.
ITAMI WHITE serves a perfect match of the aroma of the yeast with those of coriander and orange peels. The use of carefully selected malt and wheat result in a very refreshing taste.
