Washington is home to critical habitat for endangered salmon, which is why we teamed up for the second year with Roy Farms, Mainstrem Malt and LINC Malt to brew a refreshing IPA using local, Salmon-Safe certified hops and malt. Dry hopped with Simcoe, Citra, Chinook, and Strata hops for zesty citrus, pine, and melon aromas. A portion of the beer sales go to Washington Wild and their Brewshed® Alliance, who work to defend, protect, and restore Washington's wild lands and watersheds.
What is Salmon-Safe®? It’s an eco-certification program that recognizes farming practices and developments that protect water quality, maintain watershed health and restore habitat.Their mission is to transform land management practices so Pacific salmon can thrive in West Coast watersheds.
