Unidentified DIPAシリーズの第⼆弾です。 ブレンドしたホップで特定の
果物のフレーバーとアロマを似せる実験を⾏っている @yakimachief との
コラボです。最新で最⾼機密レベルのブレンドを私たちに提供してくだ
さいました。今回は、 Mango Trial Blendと⼀番のお気に⼊りのIPA酵⺟を
⼀次発酵で加えました。 モルトビルは⽐較的シンプルなもの使⽤し、厳
選されたモザイクホップでブレンドの違いを際⽴たせました。果物は⼀
切使われていません。
The second installment in our Unidentified DIPA series of collabs with our
buds @yakimachief who’ve been experimenting with blending hops to
achieve flavors & aromas redolent of specific fruits & were kind enough to
let us play with some super, extra, top secret new experimental blends. For
this version, we let the Mango Trial Blend get friendly with our favorite IPA
yeast during primary fermentation, kept the malt bill relatively simple &
sprinkled in some more of our hand selected Mosaic to highlight the
differences between the blends. No fruit was harmed in the making of this
beverage.
