Styrian Wolfでドライホップしたフーダー(木樽)エイジドのワイルドエール。レモン、ライム、ジンジャーを思わせるアロマ。シャープでクリーンな中程度の酸味。苦酸っぱさのバランスがグレープフルーツ果汁のような味わい。軽いブレットのファンクも。ドライですっきりとしたフィニッシュにクローブのようなスパイス感が残る。ライトで飲みやすいながらも複雑な奥行きを持ったビール。

Once upon a time, a humble apprentice fell in love with his master’s daughter. Scorned by the girl, the dispirited lad was befriended by the Devil who taught him how to make exceptional beer in exchange for his soul. He soon became rich and famous and when the girl finally approached him, the apprentice – now known as the King of Beer - rejected her and lived out his days in the company of his barrels. While this “Styrian Wolf” dry-hopped beer has a tart and bright fruity character, we do not ask for your soul in exchange - only a toast to the notion of staying true to your heart.

BREWER’S NOTES
The third and final release from our 2021 Foudre aged beers. This bright, tart, and fruity vintage Greenhorn was dry-hopped with Styrian Wolf hops and the result is a soft but very fruity and complex beer.
