Oat Cream IPA『Autopilot』はMountain Cultureが、NE / Oat Cream IPAの更なる深淵に踏み込んだ渾身の意欲作。
まず、ヘイジーネス（濁り）と完璧な口当たりのために、これまで以上に水質調整において限界レシオを目指し、さらに重要な部分として、ドライホップ2度にわたりとてつもない量のホップを使用した。
全てアメリカ産のホップを使ったこのホッピングは今までの限界を超える使用量で、公表されている4種（Citra Cryo, Idaho 7 Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, Amarillo Cryo）に非公表の2種を加えた6種のホップをそれぞれ別に配合ブレンドしたもの。
トロピカルパッションフルーツとパイナップルのフレーバーとアロマが溢れる本物のジュース爆弾に仕上がった本作、Be Kind RewindとStatus Quoに使用しているハウスイーストの力もあり、まさにホップが最高レベルまで押し上げられている。

Autopilot is an all-American hopped Oat Cream IPA and one we really pushed the limits with.

To start, we pushed the chloride:sulfate ratio as far as we could, then threw in our largest percentage of rolled and flaked adjuncts to increase the haze and mouthfeel.

And now for the important part... We threw in six of our favourite American hops including Idaho 7 cryo, Citra cryo and Amarillo as late whirlpool additions and then excessive amounts of Citra cryo, Idaho 7 cryo and Mosaic over two separate dry hops.

Finally, we borrowed our house hazy strain from Be Kind Rewind and Status Quo to push those fruity hops to the highest level!
