Pilotは軽めのHazy IPA。メインホップはモザイクとエクアノットを使用。通常モザイクを多く使ったビールはトロピカルフルーツの香りが色濃く出ますが、パイロットではエクアノットによりライム、レモン、オレンジの香りが引き出されていて、まずは最初の一口目に感じられます。その後に、フレッシュなパイナップルやマンゴーのトロピカル・フレーバーが続きます。また、小麦麦芽と低めのPHにより微かな酸味が感じられ、そこが飲みやすくお楽しみ頂ける要素にも繋がっているかと思われます。皆さんにお楽しみ頂けると幸いです。

Pilot is a lighter hazy IPA. The hops were mainly Mosaic and Equanot. Normally beers with lots of Mosaic have a heavy tropical fruit aroma, but in Pilot the Equanot has brought a lot of lime, lemon and orange notes. These jump out in the first drink and are then followed by more tropical flavors such as pineapple and mango, but these are bright like a tart, young pineapple. This sensation is supported by the use of lots of wheat malt and a low pH which again, give the feeling of a slight tartness. It makes Pilot extremely easy to drink and enjoy. We hope you agree.
