A One-of-a-Kind Brew with Kyoto Brewing Company!

This beer is easily one of the most unique beers we’ve ever made—and that’s saying something! There are so many things that make it special:

1. A Collaboration with Kyoto Brewing Company – Some of our best friends in the brewing industry!
2. Sugi Wood from Kyoto – Repurposed from construction sites, instead of letting it go to waste, we used it to condition the beer, giving it a truly distinctive wood character. Think fresh-cut wood, sauna vibes, or a sake masu made from sugi.
3. Traditional Meets New – We used six of Germany’s finest malts for a rich yet simple malt backbone, combined with classic Tettnang hops and a touch of Freestyle Pacifica to bring together old-world nobility with a modern twist.
4. Southern Cross Hop Kief Finish – This adds an extra layer of bright hop aroma that craft beer lovers can’t get enough of!
