スタウトの醸造に定評のあるクラックが送る、スペシャリティコーヒースタウト。
使用したコーヒー豆はクラックの友人であるレンチョの栽培する、グアテマラのアカテナンゴ産の豆を初輸入しました。友人レンチョの合言葉は「CALIMAX」

Calimax 2022
For the second consecutive year we are able to select our friend Lencho's Calimax coffee directly from Guatemala.
The coffee arrives "green" then, thanks to the mastery of Michele di Caffettin (Treviso), it is roasted to enhance its qualities and aromas. It is a creamy coffee, with hints of red fruit and chocolate.
We also have a small amount to try in a cup with your espresso machine, you can find it here in our agricultural pantry .
Calimax is the watchword of our friend Lencho who lives in Guatemala.
What does Calimax mean? Life is Calimax and Calimax must be lived.
We could use a thousand words to describe and talk about this project but we would never be able to express the positivity of those who live the Calimax life as Lencho does with a smile always at hand.
