2024年は、私たちのセラーで気温の大きな変動があった年であり、それが芳香成分を凝縮させ、特にワイン、ポート、カロニラムの樽に独特の特徴を与えました。これらの樽を主に使用し仕上げました。

深い琥珀色の液体からは、熟したイチジクやプラムのようなリッチな果実の香りが立ち上り、ハチミツや甘いスパイスのニュアンスがそれを引き立てます。味わいには、キャラメルやバニラの層が広がり、オーク、カカオ、そして軽いロースト感が複雑さを加えています。余韻は長く、調和が取れており、最後にはスパイシーなアクセントがしっかりと現れて他のヴィンテージよりも際立ち、この年ならではの構造・バランス・力強さを感じさせる仕上がりとなっています。

2024 was a year of great temperature changes in our cellar, helping to concentrate the aromatic compounds and giving unique characteristics especially to the wine, Port and Caroni Rum barrels. These are the barrels that we mainly used to create Mansueto 2024. The intense amber color is accompanied by rich aromas of ripe fruit such as figs and plums, with touches of honey and sweet spices. On the palate, we find layers of caramel and vanilla, enriched by notes of oak, cocoa and a light toasting. The finish is long, harmonious, with the inevitable final spicy touch that warms and stands out even more than other vintages, making this vintage unique in structure, balance and power.Dedicated to a special person who passed away a few years ago: our dear carpenter Mansueto. Together with him we created the supports for the barrels that are now used in our Cellar. Mansueto shared with us his passion for wood and for things made with his hands
