Illusion is the first of all pleasures - when your senses seem to deceive you. Come on a journey with us through grape and grain, combining red plums and shiraz free-run grape juice with our unique sour Berliner base of two lactobacillus souring strains, an old European farmhouse yeast and an encore of acidity from an acetic blend.
