We’re always tinkering here at Boatrocker, and we wanted to create a beer that had a subtle yet discernible barrel character that didn’t need to go through the process of barrel ageing. So, we made some modifications to our Ramjet recipe and added some barrel magic. The result? Deeelicious!
Oakey Dokey is a big rich stout loaded with British hops and big British malts, then given some American oak to create a full bodied and moreish stout with a pleasing oak finish.
