A blend of different barrels and vintages to create the perfect base for a selection of berries- raspberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants, sour cherries and boysenberries. Each provide their own distinct flavour and, when combined, create a wonderful fruit character that complements the natural fruit notes of the base beer.
