Our foeder aged wild ale has been developing complexity for 18+ months, and we wanted to make a beer that paid homage to the Belgian Framboise, but with a Boatrocker twist. Working on a fruit load of 250g per litre, we blended whole raspberries and boysenberries to create a delicious fruity New World take on a classic.
