バーボン樽で14ヶ月寝かせたワイルドエール。熟成の最後にチェリーとカシスを入れたため、香りはバーボン樽よりも赤ワイン樽のように感じられる。味わいはチェリーもカシスがしっかり感じられ、バーボン由来のバニラのような甘さも。しっかりとした飲みごたえだが、後口はドライで少し渋みが残る。
Wild ale aged for 18 months on bourbon barrels and then blended with cherries and blackcurrant. The smell reminds more of red wine than bourbon, because of the berries. Lots of berries in the taste as well, with some vanilla sweetness from the bourbon oak. Big mouthfeel and dry aftertaste with some tannins.
