ストックホルムのボトルショップ「Bottl3.5hop」とコラボしたワイルドエール。オーク樽で12ヶ月間熟成させた後、アロニアベリーとブレンド。度数は3.5%と軽く、アロニアの渋みが野生酵母由来の柔らかな酸味と混ざり一体化する。
Wild ale in collaboration with Stockholm's bottle shop "Bottl 3.5 hop". Aged in oak barrels for 12 months and then blended with aronia berries. The frequency is as light as 3.5%, and the astringency of aronia mixes with the soft acidity derived from wild yeast.
