赤ワイン樽で18ヶ月間寝かせた自然発酵のビール。寝かせた後にシーバックソーン（ユーラシア大陸原産のグミ科の植物、栄養価が高いスーパーフード）と柑橘類の香りを感じられるシトラホップを入れた。香りはオーク、蜂蜜、シトラスやリンゴが混ざりあったようで、自然酵母のファンキー感も感じられる。口に含むと辛口の白ワインのようなブドウ感が広がり、ホップからの優しい苦みが後口に残る。
Wild ale aged for 18 months on red wine barrels and then blended with sea buckthorn and citra hops. Notes of oak, honey, green apples, citrus. Taste is very tart with hints of sea buckthorn, oak and white wine. Some tannins from the oak as well as a mild bitterness from the hops in the end.
