オークの樽で寝かせたバニラ入りのオーガニック・ワイルドエール。オーク樽から移ったバーボンに近い香りがしっかり香る。飲むとバニラと青リンゴのような味わいが乳酸の酸味と絡み合って、どことなくシードルのようにも感じられる。
Organic wild ale with vanilla aged on oak barrels. Nose is lots of bourbon like vanilla from the real vanilla and the oak. Lots of vanilla in the taste as well combined with notes of green apple. Nice balance between the vanilla sweetness and the lactic acid.
