収穫したてのサンジョヴェーゼ果汁を30%使用したイタリアングレープエール。ブドウ果汁をワールプール時にブドウを投入しブドウの果実味を引き出す。淡いルビー色で麦芽の芳醇な味わいに、ブドウ由来の甘みと程よい渋み、マイルドな酸味の余韻が続くIGA。
Madra is an Italian Grape Ale with 30% Sangiovese must. It is pale amber-coloured with pink reflections and it has white and fine head. Typical notes of the Sangiovese wine with predominant red fruit scents. The taste is initially soft and sweet with an acid ending in order to give lightness and freshness.
Madra was made in collaboration with Giacomo Baraldo Vigneron, Tuscan enologist.
In October 2005 we shared the same house, university and passion. Same and parallel career path: a brewer and an enologist together in a real and engaging project. Two musts together for a unique and precious friendship.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, grape must(30%), hops, yeast.
