パッションフルーツを漬け込んだワイルドエール。ソーヴィニョンブラン樽で自然発酵させたワイルドエールに、パッションフルーツを投入しさらに8か月間熟成。しっかりしたファンキーなニュアンスに、余韻をパッションフルーツ由来の爽やかな果実味で締めくくる一杯。
The specially created must is placed in the best barriques of our cellar where a slow fermentation begins which lasts from October to February. After maturation and refinement, passion fruit is added which blends with the sour and wild profile, giving further freshness to the craft beer.
It has an apricot color with a beige foam.
The exotic aroma of maracuja immediately emerges on the nose, giving way to the wild and rural notes of cut grass, mold and cellar.
In the mouth it is smooth and easy despite the complexity of the beer. Its medium body gives fullness and structure to the drink; the acidity and freshness of the passion fruit complete and enrich the drink.
Get Back Journals is a complex but highly drinkable craft beer where the tradition of spontaneous wilds meets the modernity of current productions and a contemporary taste.
